Position: IT Technology Standards Specialist
Billrate: (depending on level of experience) Near LOCAL resource preferred as Client will want to meet in-person for interview.

Comply with the published process and framework to research, develop, validate, publish and communicate 10 new IT Technical Standards.

Skills Required
Strong, hands-on experience with Internal Technology Standards, standards frameworks, governance processes
Strong hands-on experience with Canonical Models such as IAA and IOM, data models process models, object models
Strong, hands-on experience with SOA and Web Services Technologies and Standards (specifically syntactical expertise SOAP, WSDL 1.1, WSDL 2.0, XML Schemas, ESB, BPM, BAM, Registry/Repository, SOA Appliances).
Strong, hands-on experience with Integration Patterns, Integration Tools, EAI, EII, Transformation, XML Schemas, XSL, XSLT
Strong, hands-on experience with security concepts, network zones, firewalls, exploits
Strong, hands-on experience with Web 2.0 collaborative and interactive technologies (wiki’s, blogs, chat, RSS, AJAX, Mashups, etc.)
Strong, Nice-to Have: IAA Model Experience, SOA Appliance Experience (Data Power), XSLT experience, Sparx EA models, Rationale Tool Suite, WID, WESB, WPS
FOR SUBMITTALS – need to have candidate rate the following skills as: FAMILIAR, COMPETENT, or EXPERT
