We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills , with at least 7 years experience in Web Application development with all of the following (Java, Jsp, JavaScript, J2EE). Not one or the other. The candidate must be strong in all 4 areas.
If he has Flex, CSS and Web development that will be a plus.
