Job Description:
Exp : Total of 8+ yrs of exp in Oracle and atleast 5+ in Oracle HRMS.
1.Must have Tech Architect experience in one or more of the following modules: CoreHR, OAB (Oracle Advanced Benefits) & OTL (Oracle Time & Labor).
2.Should have rich experience in PLSQL.
3.Should have hands on in HRMS conversion & Interfaces.
4.Should have the ability to provide technical guidance and assist team during 'Build through Cut-Over/Go-Live'.
5.Should have experience in Oracle Reports & BI Publisher.
6.Having exposure to ADP Payroll has an added advantage |
