|The position is based out of US. Preference will be given to candidates operating out of Austin or Dallas. However the option is open for other candidates based on East-Coast.
The candidate should have experience of more than 15 years in BPO industry out of which he/she should have spent minimum 10 years in direct sales. Should have closed minimum 4 deals for revenues of not less than US$ 10 million in the last two three years.
He/she should have sold India as a destination to US companies looking for outsourcing. Should be familiar of challenges of selling India as a destination.
Should be familiar with BFSI, Collections, Telecom and/or Customer Care vertical. Must be familiar with BPO terminology and basic IT issues.
Should be a self-starter. Generating leads and closing them individually is the key. Excellent in presentation, client negotiation and relationship management.
Looking for a “hunter” and not “farmer”. The individual should not be dependent on others for getting leads.
This position is reporting to COO based in India. Final interviews will be with COO and CEO of the company.
Salary negotiable. Generous commission. Preference will be given to someone who is walking with a client whom he/she has serviced earlier
