Job Description - Project Manager - Billing
We are seeking a PM with solid billing experience in a wireline environment.
This project is to to support the wire line billing platform. We are seeking a PM who can come in and drive the projects to completion
* Wire line telecom billing experience required, and it would be helpful if the person also has wireless experience.
* Strong Project Management experience with development projects
* Good communication skills. This person will be working with senior level people because client is small, so we need someone to represent us well, and be diplomatic enough to get things done without creating conflict.
* PM various enhancement and development projects. Some could be process driven, but a lot will be development issues to support changes.
* Able to take Business Requirements and drive the process of having the technical staff develop system requirements.
* Able to do Level of Effort estimates to provide the business user with time and cost estimates.
* Risk management and mitigation on the projects.
* Regular reports on projects to both IT and the business side.
* Able to create a graphical project dashboard for the projects.
