Requirements
**8+ years of experience implementing Oracle HRMS (11.5.8 or higher) and delivering typical milestones of the SDLC cycle
**2-5 years of experience with US and International Payroll applications
**Solid understanding of the Hire to Retire process
**Strong Analysis and problem solving skills
**Strong written and oral communications skills
**Meeting facilitation skills
**Preferred knowledge of Global Stock Administration processes and tools
**Preferred knowledge of Mercury Quality Center
