This is a shor term consulting opportunity with a well know state agency. Seeking a strong Lead Java Developer with strong skills in Web Application Development and leading teams.
Ideal Candidate will have experience working on Governments Systems along with the required developmet technologies.

Requirements:
1) Must have at least 5 yrs experience as a java J2EE developer and the experience must be in the last seven (7) years.
2) Must have at least five (5) years experience as a Web Applications Developer and the experience must be in the last 7 years.
3) Must have at least five (5) years experience with Relational Database Design, within the last seven (7) years
4) Must have at least three (3) years experience as a lead developer within the last five (5) years.
5) Must have at least three (3) years experience developing and/or supporting web applications for GOVERNMENTAL Systems, within the last five (5) years.
6) Must have at least one (1) year experience developing and/or supporting web applications for public and/or Private Pension Systems, within the last three (3) years.
7) Must have at least three (3) yrs experienc with the Spring Framework, within the last 5 years.
8) Must have at least three (3) years experience with STRUTS Framework, within the last five (5) years.
9) Must have at least three (3) years experience with Hibernate, within the last five (5) years.
10) Must have at least three (3) years experience developing web applications using XML, within the last five (5) years.
11) Must have at least one year experience developing web apps using AJAX, within the last three years.
12) Must have at least 3 yrs experience with ORacle DB, within the last five years.
13) DESIRABLE: that the person have at lease one (1) yr experience with PVCS Dimensions or CVS, within the last three (3) Years.
14) DESIRABLE: that the person ahve at least one (1) year experience with MySQL, within the last 3 years.
15) DESIRABLE: That the person have at least one (1) yr experience with J2EE application integration/customization with FileNet Enterprise Content Management and/or TeamSite Content Management Platform, within the last three (3) years.
16) DESIRABLE: that the person have at lease one year experience with dynamic PDF generation using iText Java Library, within the last 3 years.
17) DESIRABLE: that the person is a Sun Certified Programmer (Java 1.4 Platform)
