Business Systems Consultant
This position is for the business unit of the Call Center group. They are developing new enhancements and user interfaces for the call centers tracking tool. Experience working on Call Center applications is highly desired (regardless of industry)
Bachelors degree and 5-7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated and proven ability to plan, elicit, document and control requirements gathering process.
Demonstrated and proven negotiation, communication and facilitation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills with the ability to manage partnerships across business lines.
Prior experience facilitating large group meetings with attendees both local and remote. Prior experience facilitating meetings with technology and business partners.
Strong attention to detail; outstanding problem solving skills Ability to work with limited direction and supervision, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
Experience using various elicitation and documentation techniques Use Cases, Prototyping, Process modeling, Joint application requirement (JAR) sessions.
Understanding of Project Management and related processes
Partner with the Project Manager(s) and utilize project information to identify the level and complexity of the business analysis effort.
Elicit requirements using various tools and techniques and work toward consensus. Analyze and structure requirements.
Conduct an effective requirements review to improve the quality of the requirements package.
Partner with Technology team to ensure design meets approved requirements Identify which techniques and documentation options are appropriate for each methodology and project type (business process improvement, new development, enhancements etc).
PREFERRED SKILLS
Knowledge of Phone Bank and Phone Bank processes (Call Centers), or previous experience working in a Call Center environment.
Knowledge of CIV, EDGE and/or our IVR's Knowledge of the bank's sales systems (SFE, Sales Express, ACAPS, Zoot)
Knowledge of the bank's middleware systems (APS, RWS, ECPR)
Knowledge of WUP Use Case Documentation Process Knowledge of Wells Fargo Release Mgmt Process or Development lifecycles |
