ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *Technical understanding of the processes related to delivering IT Solutions (i.e. Change Management, Production Support, Data Center operations, Help Desk etc.). *Demonstrated ability to create effective written materials including: presentations, analytical diagrams, system specifications. *Experienced working within cross functional project teams. *Must be highly intelligent with an analytical approach in dealing with projects and issues. *A responsible, detail-oriented, results-driven work ethic. *Highly collaborative work-style that compromise with others in achieving win-win results. *Ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions. *Model and analyze business processes and assist the business in identifying ways to maximize operational efficiencies, quality and compliance COMMUNICATION *Use a broad array of communication tools to inform, persuade, influence, direct and facilitate communication within project teams and between Business and Technical teams *In addition to users, communicates with developers, testers, and implementation specialists *Acts as a liaison between users, developers, testers, and implementation specialists |
