DatamanUSA, LLC is a rapidly growing full service IT solutions integrator and talent management company headquartered in Denver, CO. Our valued client*s includes fortune 500 companies, Government Agencies.
Currently we are looking for a qualified individual to work as a Business Analyst Professional with one of our direct client.
Skills Needed:
A) One (1) year of experience, within the last two (2) years, authoring and validating requirements using RAVEN including the development of specification templates and the conversion of use cases from compatible mediums (MS Excel, MS Word, and IBM Rationale).
B) Four (4) years of business analysis experience, within the last six (6) years, on projects of the same (or greater) size and scope of this project (i.e., multi-phase, over $1 million, two (2) years or more in duration, and ten (10) or more team members). Additionally, four (4) years business analysis experience, within the last six (6) years, must be demonstrated to be in all the following knowledge areas:
a. Requirements Planning and Management
b. Requirements Elicitation
c. Requirements Analysis and Documentation
d. Requirements Communication
e. Solution Assessment and Validation
C) A minimum three (3) years documented experience, within the last five (5) years, demonstrating advanced use of Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, and PowerPoint including construction of large and complex documents containing multiple sections and uses of advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint features such as Tables of Figures, Tables of Contents, and Appendices.
D) Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills. Verbal skills will be evaluated in the interview process. Candidate must supply a one (1) page written sample at time of interview. The writing sample topic is preferred to be in relation to written requirements documentation.
E) Preferences
Working knowledge of an Unemployment Insurance Program (i.e. Benefits, or Taxes). Responses should include the length of time of the experience and details of the types of experience.
