DESCRIPTION:
STG is a Preferred Vendor for Sears in Hoffman Estates, IL. Sears is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager for a 6-month contract. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Sears affiliate program ensuring that the initiatives for this program are executed on time, issues are identified and resolved quickly and affiliate partners have sufficient data and materials to drive traffic, meet their goals and exceed revenue plan – especially during the holiday season.
REQUIRED:
• B.A. in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Online marketing experience in Affiliate Marketing (preferred), Paid Search Marketing, Natural Search Marketing, Email Marketing, Online Media Advertising, Social Media Marketing and/or Online Marketing
• Experience creating, executing on and reporting on financial forecasts that are ROI driven
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines under pressure
• Desire to work in a team environment that is fast-paced, prone to change and time-sensitive
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills and ability to work across departments, as well as, independently
• Strong people skills, able to talk, meet and form relationships quickly
• Familiarity with conducting financial analysis and calculating profitability, ROI and margin contribution
• Results driven, superior analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, time management, project management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
DESIRED:
• Retail experience
• Familiarity with online affiliate agencies such as Performics, CJ and/or Linkshare
• Experience using third-party web analytical tools like Omniture, Hitwise, etc.
• Graphic design/HTML skills are a plus
• Ability to identifying and frame technical issues
