• The technical designer and system analyst for the EDI Program is responsible for building and implementing the technology solutions which are part of EDI Roadmap. Responsibilities include analyzing the requirements, detailed system design, development, testing and support of technical solutions.
• Key technical deliverables are:
+ Ops Monitoring Requirements: Review Business Monitoring FSD and define a clear guidelines between Operations and Business Monitoring requirements. Work with Operations team to clearly define ESB and EDI specific IT monitoring requirements
+ Business Monitoring Reports: Business Monitoring FSD and define business monitoring dashboard to manage EDI application centric metrics (Build Dashboard using Java Centric Framework) but supporting reports using BO Universe
+ New svcs/stored procedures: Work with vendor to define interface store procedure and define a detailed stored procedure and work with DB team to implement
In addition the role includes:
• Collaborating with delivery team, business team and infrastructure team to arrive at the technical solutions
• Leading design & code reviews
• Trouble-shooting mission critical problems under time bound situations
This person must have demonstrated the ability to lead design and development activities on concurrent complex projects. Synthesizes complex data/information, and leads complex technical or business decision processes to provide service solutions. Defines, communicates and works with organization to migrate towards architecture vision and strategy that is fully aligned with enterprise architecture.

• Excellent communication skills and strong ability to work effectively with the business and technical people
• Experience in building an business executive dashboard using various key technologies
• The candidate should have hands on knowledge of building reporting and executive dashboard
• Very strong Oracle 10g developer with a commanding skills in build stored procedures building (must be very hands-on)
• Development experience with BO XI R2, specially products like Universe Designer, Webi XIR2, Xcelsius is preferred.
• Ability to create complex Webi reports and troubleshoot the issues.
• Performance tune the reports
• To be able to communicate with the users with ease, and understand the changing requirements.
• Experience in implementing SCD in the reports
• Intensive experience in Universe development, experience with joins, context, traps, alias, derived tables
• Experience in Oracle 10g working with stored procedures.
• Experience with MS SQL Server 2003
• Must have experience creating Universe from bottom up, from various kind of data sources.
• Should be able to understand and troubleshoot existing universe, and very familiar with the concepts of traps.
• Proven experience, with a minimum of five years, in developing and implementing BOXI R2 Universe/WEBI Reports
• Experience in aligning Universe solutions to meet user requirements
• Experience in implementing SCD (Slowly Changing Dimensions)in the reports
Additional Skills:
• The preferred candidate will have experience in working with on-site and off-shore resources, and a working knowledge of EDI, Enterprise Application Integration & Service-Oriented Architecture.
• Knowledge of EDIFECS is really a plus
• The knowledge of infrastructure requirements for EDI and operational requirements for EDI implementation is a plus
• The candidate should experience in architecting and implementing EDI in healthcare industry with knowledge of HIPAA standards

Additional Comments: Manager is looking for a Lead with a high level overview and experience with Business Objects; will act as a lead to other developers for escalation issues. Should have some exprience with Sr. Design/Architecture work. The first month they will be helping to build the fundation. They will also be assisting in stored procedures based off Oracle 10G
