Interview: F2F Possible (LOCAL PREFERRED)
Rate: $50/hr all inc.
Required for a data warehouse project focusing on supply and demand planning project. The resource will work with the Data Warehouse technical team and business representatives to understand current business and technical processes and desired outcomes, document requirements, create design and architecture specifications, facilitate development activities, liaise with business partners and customers, participate in training and implementation tasks, and define production support plans. Should be able to work with challenging deadline driven projects
Responsibilities include:
? Working independently to reverse engineer, design, document and develop IT applications.
? Re-engineers business or IT processes by partnering with process owners and using appropriate methods and tools.
? Defines business systems or IT process requirements by using appropriate tools and partnering with systems or process owners to understand requirements.
? Documents enterprise or systems architectures, computer-based systems, IT processes by using standard methods, formats, and tools to create project or process documentation.
? Guides implementation of enterprise and system level architectures and systems by creating and communicating well-written documentation and presentations.
? Assures quality of business systems by developing and executing test specifications, test plans and quality plans.
? Resolves issues related to business use of implemented systems or processes by working with systems or process owners and project teams to find acceptable solutions.
SPECIAL SKILLS NEEDED
- 6+ years of formal IT application development experience
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and data analysis is required.
- Strong knowledge of Ms-Access, Oracle, Informatica is required.
- Experience working with data warehousing projects and teams.
- Microsoft Visio required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Change management experience required – IT control practices, organizational change, technology adoption.
- Must be able to travel. ( Include 5% of travel )
