5+ years of experience developing public-facing websites, e-commerce applications using a variety of web technologies and multi-tier architecture
3+ years of working experience with JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, Dojo, YUI, etc.
4+ years of working experience with these web technologies: Java, PHP, XML and AJAX
Expert level HTML/CSS Developer
Expert level JavaScript Developer
Day-to-day working experience with JSPs
Knowledge of Java frameworks (tapestry is perfect)
Knowledge of best practices such as Semantic HTML and Unobtrusive JavaScript
Knowledge of browsers, e.g., bugs, rendering modes, events, concurrency
