Experience writing software in C# .NET 3.5
Able to create complex user interfaces. Winforms experience is required. Experience in Silverlight is a MUST
Able to work with 3rd party component vendors such as Infragistics or Syncfusion
Experience in WPF is required.
CSLA.NET experience is a plus
Ability to work with complex business applications and business rules
MS SQL Server 2005 or greater, or experience in another database vendor such as Sybase
Experience designing data models and creating stored procedures
The developer must possess strong object oriented skills and be able to work with and design rich object hierarchies at the business layer. The developer should be comfortable working in an application architecture that passes custom business objects to the client instead of DataSets.
