This is an opening for a Quality/Testing candidate with Intermediate Required Skills. The HM is not looking for a Senior Level candidate. Bill Rates should be reflective of Intermediate skills.
Project Description:
ATCS is responsible for designing, developing, certifying, and deploying all applications that support audio and data conferencing services for AT&T.
Job Description:
Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecommunications software test and/or software quality assurance is REQUIRED
System Testing group is responsible for testing and validating SIP based VOIP teleconferencing applications and supporting application development. Responsibilities include developing test plans, test procedures and test cases for validating various IP teleconferencing product and service offerings. Work closely with systems engineering and development teams on analysis, re-work and resolution of field identified product issues.
Required Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills:
- Experience with systems service ordering and provisioning is required.
- Experience with internet self-servicing applications, WSDLs, XML APIs is required.
- Testing audio and data teleconferencing, familiar with WebEx product
- Experience with Java and Sun/IBM platforms is required.
- Ability to script query Oracle and Sybase databases using SQL
- Working knowledge of Unix, running shell scripts, editing logs
- Billing experience
- Load testing experience
- Understanding/Experience with AT&T business services is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Proactive with an ability to execute on project requirements in a timely and efficient manner. Flexible with an ability to accept and support change
