Jobsbridge is a tech-focused career readiness academy. The Applied AI Builder program takes one real product from first idea to launch over 12–16 weeks, guided by PhD faculty and cohort-based industry mentors, then prepares you to present it in an interview. No prior coding background required.

Jobsbridge was founded in 2022 in Silicon Valley to close one specific gap: the distance between what a classroom teaches and what a hiring team expects. Our students come from colleges, coaching institutes and career switches, and they arrive with different starting points.
The program is built backward from the outcome. Instead of coursework alone, you ship one working AI product, learn the data and agentic AI skills that make it function, and practise presenting it. iCareer Compass then carries that work into applications and interviews.
| 01 | Identify Frame a real business problem as an AI product worth building, and define what success looks like before any code is written. |
| 02 | Build Work with data pipelines, RAG and agentic AI, assembled through AI-powered no-code and low-code development so the product actually ships. |
| 03 | Launch Take the product live and defend your decisions in structured reviews with PhD faculty and industry hiring experts. |
| 04 | Career Turn the work into evidence: job matching, tailored applications and voice interview practice with iCareer Compass. |
| Live class | In person at the San Jose campus, or live online from anywhere. |
|---|---|
| Playback | Every session is recorded and available after class. |
